Impetus
** We consist of a group of citizens, both male and female, based in the Wichita, KS area…both Public and Private. The public members are former and current legislators within the Kansas House of Representatives, while our private members are current or retired Business Owners and Managers. This website has been compiled by former member of the Kansas House of Representatives, Dennis Hedke (District 99: 2011-2017). We welcome feedback from all viewers. We are proud to affirm the Legacy of Charlie Kirk, and the ongoing Mission of Turning Point USA.
The contents below include articles that have been gathered from select sources, literally around the world. Much of what drove the construction of this website has to do with the goal to provide the reader with credible, current information regarding energy, environmental, and economics policy-making.
While our title is Impact Kansas, we** take a global view, as to what happens with regard to policy-making in, for example, the European Union, which can have a significant impact on businesses, agriculture and other circumstances in Kansas.
Recent elections in Argentina, and Japan, confirm that the people in the world around us are beginning to sense, largely due to the results of the United States’ election of 2024, ‘Enough is Enough’. Observing Lawfare, emanating from a prior Administration, has given us plentiful evidence as to how heavy-handed Big Brother can become—unless courageous people stand up to this intransigence.
There is every reason to also bring to the fore issues related to earth’s climate, earth’s energy, and to provide the evidence that speaks truth to those systems that we continue to observe and learn about, including, but not limited to, our Solar System.
Contrary to the “97 % Consensus”… There is no Climate Emergency. Any Public Policies based on that assertion are illegitimate, contrary to factual evidence, and any monies dedicated to “solve this purported Emergency” represent a significant, totally unnecessary, displacement of Taxpayer Earnings.
We welcome feedback, and openly refute the suggestion that the ‘science is settled’ with respect to particularly earth’s climate. So, yes, scientific data, much of which is paid for by taxpaying citizens, will be included in our carefully selected articles and images that relate to our sharing facts, figures and varied opinions.

We will provide the interested viewer with abundant facts that speak to the multiple lines of evidence that speak loudly and clearly against the notion that earth’s climate is somehow changing in ways that some would suggest are significantly abnormal….purportedly due to man’s influence.

The Trump Administration has emplaced numerous individuals into his cabinet who are altering the landscapes of Energy, Environment, Education, Health, Finance, etc. Articles under this tab will serve to present legislative actions past, present and future… that we hope to enlighten the reader.
Net Zero
Much has been suggested to indicate that CO2 has been considered a dangerous pollutant. We disagree, and we will cover this matter with articles that roundly dispute that notion. Not only is this suggestion irrational, but it will, if left unabated, wreak havoc on energy balances, and bring economic failure wherever it attempts to be applied.
We see an abundance of evidence of both individuals and entities that have intentionally brought harm to the United States. These influencers act against our Constitution, wreak havoc on our economy, and have little regard for the Rule of law. We will call them out, and seek to place due pressure on their actions against peace and justice
